Instructions
Using the Timecard Data Converter:
  1. Upload your timecard data file (CSV or Excel)
  2. The system will automatically detect the format when possible
  3. If the format isn't recognized, you'll need to map the columns
  4. Review the processed data preview
  5. Download the standardized format
Notes:
  • Each punch (In/Out) will be on a separate row
  • Times are in 24-hour format
  • Dates are in MM/DD/YYYY format
  • The output format is designed for compatibility with the PayWhiz payroll system
